We rebuilt pkboo’s identity from the ground up: a contemporary color palette that kept the warmth and whimsy, a typography system that felt both playful and elevated, and a web experience restructured around CX research to speak directly to retail buyers who value craftsmanship. Even the hang tags were custom laser-cut from craft stock — because a brand that celebrates handmade quality should feel handmade at every touchpoint.
